What if I'm not available at the time of a virtual event? 

• Have no fear - most virtual events are recorded and provided for participants to review afterward​

What if I'm running late to a virtual event?

• We'll usually take the first ~5 minutes to get situated and introduce topics. All participants will be admitted from the waiting room as soon as their presence is known.

• Be advised that admission may be delayed when teaching is in-progress. 

• All participants are automatically muted upon admission to live, virtual events to limit interruptions mid-class.

What if I can't hear well, have audio connectivity issues, or need to minimize the noise in my space while participating? 

• Automatically generated closed captions are available for live virtual events. Check [Zoom] settings, and reach out if ever you find this feature unavailable. ​In the near future, I hope to have [auto-generated] captions available with provided recording files as well.

Is video participation required?

• Nope, video participation is never required. However, if it feels OK to you, it is encouraged for the sake of co-regulation of nervous systems, and learning examples. (Note, recordings will feature the host only, participant names/videos will not show in provided recording files.)

Can I buy tickets for someone else? 

• Yes - you may purchase more than one ticket for any event. You'll be prompted to provide names and email addresses for all invitees so that everyone receives event access details.
