About the event

How might the Fall season feel different if you set 30 minutes aside for yourself, three times each week? How could your productivity be affected by 6 weeks of regular mindfulness practice and movement? How might your emotional health be affected through weekly connection with community members,to share experiences and ways of integrating new health-practices into daily habits?

Join Lerin, RYT-200, TIYT-II live this Fall for 6 weeks of meditation, movement, and connection in short 30-minute sessions. Join sessions live and/or revisit the provided recordings and take-home resources as it suits your workflow; these will also become lasting references. Practice self-care during the transitional season and support your mental/physical/emotional needs to sustain a joyful and balanced pace, for work and life alike, through the end of the year.
